New Preview Function for AirLST!

All good things are worth waiting for. AirLST released a preview function for mailings this week.

As soon as you start creating emails for your guests, you can use the new preview function to prove your processing. Questions like: "Are all pictures displayed correctly?" can be answered quickly and easily. Besides, the preview function will not only display your emails but also your attachments - such as tickets.

The entire process works for single emails as well as for sending bulk mailings. If you are preparing messages to several recipients, the recipient list appears on the left side of the preview mail. If you click on individual recipients, you will see the personalized email for each recipient. So you can check at any time whether personalizations are correctly or whether the guest is in the right guest group.

The preview function allows you to switch between edit and preview mode at any time to check what the mail looks like. Of course, it is also possible to send a test mail to check how the invitation or reminder is displayed in your inbox and to simplify the feedback processes in your team.
