AirLST collects, processes and uses the personal data provided by the customer exclusively for the purpose of executing the contract in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The customer is responsible for the legality of the processing in accordance with the data protection laws applicable to the customer, including the permissibility of the use of the portal and the transmission of the data to AirLST for the purposes of this contract. AirLST's order processing is governed by the data protection agreement (order processing) annexed to these terms and conditions. AirLST regularly sends out a newsletter, which can be subscribed to via the website. We send this newsletter using MailChimp as a provider.
