We integrate the reservation form into your homepage and guide your guests step by step through the reservation request. You decide if you want to organise the table arrangements yourself or if you want your guests to be able to select a table from the table plan which is always up-to-date.
In the guest portal your guests find the current status of their requests at any time. They can make address or reservation changes and order additional beer vouchers or menu coupons.
The Software provides you with all relevant data on tent occupancy, guest status, and booking histories with just a few clicks. Keep track of reservation requests, menu bookings, and sales figures.

AirLST reservations provides you with email templates for confirmation mails, invoice dispatch, and cancellations, which automate and simplify the reservation process. Of course, it is also possible to send individualized emails, and you can review statistics on the opening rates of your emails at any time.
Each booking automatically creates proforma invoices. The System notifies you as soon as a guest paid the reservation by credit card or SEPA. After receiving the payment, the tool generates a automated, regular invoice.
Manage not only table bookings but also vouchers. The voucher module creates menu coupons or beer vouchers with consecutive numbers and assigns them to specific reservations. You keep control and the overview.
