A cloud-based, digital guest list means you manage your attendees through a central hub where all information comes together. Without a guest list, hardly any event planning can be done. The guest list is the core of an event. All potential guests are listed here, all acceptances and cancellations are documented, and the guest list or its scope is used as a basis for planning the event location, catering, seating, etc. Even open events, where the attendees are not known by name, there is often an additional guest list with selected attendees, employees, VIPs, friends, relatives. The guest list structures all information of your guest management. If you work with a software tool like AirLST, your attendee management becomes more comfortable and more efficient. After you have quickly and easily imported the attendee data from your contact management or an Excel file into the digital AirLST guest list, you can edit and update the data manually at any time. Your guest list was not yet complete? Easily import additional guests from your updated list or manually add new attendees to the guest list.

Doublet filters prevent unnecessary data volumes and facilitate teamwork. Different members of your team can edit your guest list. The changelog ensures that the guest list is clear and understandable. It records not only changes to the guest data, but also stores which system user made the changes. You can also assign roles with different user rights. This is especially important if discretion plays a unique role because you have VIPs on your guest list or manage particularly sensitive events. For example, your project managers can see all the data and may also add guests. At the same time, other employees have limited access to protect your guest's data. The guest list not only manages the names of the attendees but every information requested during registration. In the case of a conference, for example, you control the individual workshops that the guest has booked in the guest list. If dinner is planned, you can filter the guest list according to vegetarians and vegans, as well as pescetarians and meat-eaters, to plan the menu accordingly. Use the email templates, then send your save-the-date email, the invitation, a reminder, and the tickets for the event with just a few clicks. After the event, send a survey to your guest list or segments of the list. In the backend, you can always check which guest received which emails. The digital guest list is also elementary at the entrance and check-in. In the guest list, the guest data is linked with a QR code, so that the guest is quickly and easily booked in upon entry.
