A cloud-based, digital guest list means you manage your attendees through a central hub where all information comes together. Without a guest list, you can hardly do any event planning. The guest list is the core of an event. All potential guests are listed here. All acceptances and cancellations are documented. The guest list or its scope is used to plan the event location, catering, seating, etc. Even open events, where the guests are not known by name, often have an additional guest list with selected attendees, employees, VIPs, friends, relatives. The guest list structures all information of your guest management. If you work with a software tool like AirLST, your guest management becomes more comfortable and more efficient. After you have quickly and easily imported the guest data from your contact management or an Excel file into the digital AirLST guest list, you can edit and update the data manually at any time.
