Our case study on the Ulm Chamber of Industry and Commerce
The country needs young talent. Once a year, the Ulm Chamber of Industry and Commerce honors its best graduates as part of the Best of... event. Participant management for this event is characterized by a high level of autonomy on the part of the participants. For example, participants must upload pictures of themselves, define their accompanying persons and ensure that everyone receives the necessary information about the event.

Importing extensive amounts of data efficiently is one of the central challenges in this project. Core information, such as the number of authorized accompanying persons or seating areas, is defined decentrally before it is imported into the AIRLST system. Thanks to the high-performance upload function, all information is then centrally available for further processing.
After receiving an invitation, the invitees complete their data themselves and complete the necessary data — such as accompanying persons — for the day of the event.
Of course, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce also counts on the AirLST system on the day of the event and carries out the check-ins with our own app. By scanning the respective ticket, the automated printing of the name tag and seat card is triggered at the same time.
