Our case study about Uhlmann

For an in-house exhibition, our customer Uhlmann needs a tool with which he can record and manage his trade fair contacts. Predefined questions should structure the customer conversation at the exhibition stand and ideally the answers should be recorded digitally right away.

AirLST solution

We are developing an iOS app for lead recording at the trade fair. Employees can document their trade fair contacts quickly and easily in order to effectively analyse them in follow-up.

At the entrance, every trade fair visitor receives a name badge with a QR code. As soon as visitors arrive at the exhibition stand, the code is scanned with the lead app so that the customer is recorded. A survey is then opened in the app, which contains questions about the product, new products and requirements and can be answered via multiple choice or free text fields.

We are also setting up a flexible, multilingual landing page with changing content and a registration form that covers different groups of participants and hotel and transfer planning.
