Our case study on Munich Airport
The internal summer party kicked off and was exclusively for airport employees and closed to the public. Registration should only be possible with an employee ID.
The Music Days with countless concerts and live acts were open to everyone from near and far. Munich residents and newcomers should be able to register with up to five other people.
At Airport Days, the focus was primarily on younger visitors. For this part of the event, part of the apron was opened to the public and a wide variety of aircraft types were exhibited. The security staff had to have an overview of the people present on the apron at all times.

Check-in Points
For each event, a separate iFrame integration was programmed on a subpage of Munich Airport. Accreditation was carried out here in accordance with the respective event information.
The registration form was published via print, radio and web in order to generate the highest possible traffic. The individual guest has entered their own contact details and the contact details of up to five accompanying persons in the system. As a result, up to six QR code tickets were sent to the main contact via e-mail.
AirLST was there live for five days as technical support. It was checked in and out of a wide variety of areas in order to have a detailed evaluation of the number of guests in the respective area at any time.
A total of 80,000 people had registered for the various parts of the event. To scan the QR code tickets, we worked with 20 iPhones and the AirLST Pro app.
