Deine Aufgaben bei uns:
- Supporting the customer service team in creating web projects for our customers
- Helping the customer support team as part of customer support for our SaaS solution
- Creating email campaigns for our clients' events
- Support for our clients' events with our check-in system
Du bringst mit:
- A current degree in media design, computer science or something with the Internet
- A high affinity for digital tools and solutions
- Understanding the technical context and a good eye for design and usability
- First practical experience in design tools, programming languages or e-commerce topics
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working
- The willingness to travel to our clients' events from time to time (approximately once or twice a month)
- Good German and good English
