For the Digital Acceleration Summit of Zalando, we implemented a 3-day digital event together with the agency untitled Project. Nearly 30 speakers informed with different presentations about digital trends and solutions. We evaluated opinions and trends via digital surveys. In various discussion rooms, the guests were able to exchange ideas with industry experts on specific topics. For entertainment during the breaks, guests could immortalize themselves via Photobooth or chat with other participants in a private room. Breakout rooms, live streaming, a content hub, the survey module, networking opportunities, and, of course, our guest management were used for this purpose.

Technical Solution

We integrate the event on our new virtual event platform and link it to our guest management solution. Content delivery is ensured by a reliable live stream and the event landing page, including the content hub. We encourage interaction and networking through our breakout rooms, a Q&A module, chat function, and Wonder integration. The integration of Photobooth ensures a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
