Customer Request

For an in-house exhibition, our customer Uhlmann needs a tool with which it can record and manage its trade fair contacts. Predefined questions are to structure the customer discussion at the exhibition stand and ideally the answers should be recorded digitally immediately.

Technical Solution

We develop an iOS app for lead capture at the trade fair. This enables employees to document their trade fair contacts quickly and easily, so that they can effectively analyze them in the follow-up process.

At the entrance each visitor gets a name-badge with QR code. As soon as the visitors arrive at the stand, the code is scanned with the Lead App so that the customer is recorded. A survey is then opened in the app, which contains questions about the product, new ideas and requirements and can be answered via multiple choice or free text fields. We also set up a flexible, multilingual landing page with changing content and a registration form that covers different groups of participants and hotel and transfer planning.
