The customer is planning an event format for BMW that can be used repeatedly at different locations and that is characterized by the easy reproducibility of all processes. It should be possible for the customer to adapt and exchange content in self-service. Since the event involves the presentation of new vehicles, a solution for the coordination and administration of test drives also has to be found.
We create templates for the event series in the customer's corporate design and integrate placeholders for the event landing page and all e-mails. The customer can access the templates via the AirLST backend and adjust content such as images, dates and locations for each event in the series.
The test drives are managed via the AirLST App. All drivers are entered in a list and checked in as soon as they take over the car. When the test drive is finished, the drivers are checked out in the app. In this way, all trips, times and drivers are documented.
